Building a TMO will vary considerably from program to program, whilst design can be achieved quicky within about 4 weeks, establishing a TMO will normally take longer. Hiring the talent, coaching the team and establishing reporting and decision support cycles can take several months. In some cases, and if required we will stay for the duration and run the TMO as part of a blended team.
